Our workshops are designed to create a welcoming space for individuals and groups to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through guided expressive art, movement, music, and thoughtful discussion. Participants are invited to explore emotions, reduce stress, and build deeper awareness in a supportive environment. Workshops can be tailored for churches, healthcare teams, and community groups seeking a meaningful wellness experience.
Note: Workshops are facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. These workshops are NOT psychotherapy and do NOT establish a therapist-client relationship.
